The tool get_pipeline takes a sponsor and calls GET /pipeline?format=json on this site. Omitted role is lead sponsor. role=any includes collaborator-only trials. The result is a registry list, not a FAERS signal.

VAERS tools on that same server: get_vaers, vaers_search_vaccine, vaers_get_signal, vaers_get_profile. They call vaers.globalpatientsafety.com/signals. Docs: vaers.globalpatientsafety.com/api.
